Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro: The First in Northern Mindanao!

Guess what I've been up to lately. Yes! You guessed it right. I've enrolled myself to a 5 months course on Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts!!! Since I've always wanted to be a pastry chef since I was 18 inspired by Chef Jackie Ang Po, and the lovely chefs/instructors in Monster Kitchen whom I've met in the summer workshop in 2011.

This is my dream right here. And I'm one step closer to reach it. I haven't reach it yet but with the right mix of perseverance, hard work, determination. Then I'm on the right track to reach the destination.

You see, you get to be a pastry chef after five months with a tuition fee of P45,000. It's the lowest so far. I've canvassed all over the place, and they are the only ones offering a very economical rate for a decent culinary institute. They are Tesda Accredited as well which makes it a bonus and if you happen to have OFW parents you can avail of a very big discount as long as you process it before you enroll. I've heard it's P14,500 OFF for every OFW Parent. See! What are you waiting for?? Go and grab this opportunity and enroll at the Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro. No, I'm not getting paid for this advert, it's purely out of good intentions to inform you of this wonderful opportunity.

In my opinion, it's worth the money you pay since you get to learn A WHOLE LOT from the different chefs who are based in Cagayan de Oro and Manila. It's also a hands-on experience which helps you absorb more learning and the ingredients are already included in the tuition. SO there's no hassle for you. Join us and be a part of the CIC family.
