The Port at Waterfront Hotel Cebu

Puri Mabano, Rosevie Taruc and Daisy Rubin at the Port Restuarant, Waterfront Hotel Cebu City

The Night was filled with smiles and laughter when we celebrated my good friend's birthday. Daisy Rubin treated us to The Port's eat-all-you-can dinner for P299. If you ever plan to celebrate your anniversary, birthdays, dinner with families. This is one of the places to be. I'm sure you would enjoy!

It was my first time to dine at The Port and we were not disappointed. Their food is really good. Their buffet showcases a wide variety of dishes - pasta, seafood, tsokolate, pica-pica, main courses, and there was even lechon. It's super sulit for your P299. Since, you get all of these yummy goodness that will fill you to the brim. We definitely got filled to the brim, need I say more?

Since it was Christmas when we went there, they have fairy lights hanged on the ceilings, staff wearing santa clause's costume, and other ornaments that would give a Christmas feel.

The atmosphere was also filled with blue lights that would give a relaxing feel to it with their nautical theme. They also did a good job on injected a cosy feel within us maybe it's also because of the music and the atmosphere. Their employees sported a sailor-like uniform, a wave-like accent was mounted on their wall and the place was loaded with people.

We also requested that our birthday girl be serenaded with a song by the employees and they even gave us a lovely chiffon cake. aaah. That's sweet. Rosevie and I clapped in chorus with them and I sang a little. heheheh (I'm shy). So far, they did this whole birthday singing 3 times that night. Yes, we counted.

Daisy Rubin, The Birthday Girl at the Port Restaurant in Waterfront Hotel Cebu City.

I know this blog post will not give justice to saying "thank you Daisy", for the friendship, the bonding, the laughter, sharing and support. Thank you for staying even in times when I'm not really in the mood to be ecstatic and when I'm a bit taciturn. That's just me. I get tired and dull too, sometimes. Again, thank you. I really enjoyed the bonding we've had together with Barbz and the rest of the gang as well like Carla and Shayne. I enjoyed the evening, the pizza, movie nights and disco at barbs dorm and I hope you did too. Merci beaucoup mon amie! I'll stop here, before you cringe out of my cheesiness. heheheh
