Big Flat Bread is one of the restaurants by Opportunists,
Inc. of which Jim Uy, a Cebuano by birth, is the company president. Big Flat
Bread first began in Cagayan de Oro in 2009. Since Jim Uy didn’t find any other
local players in the area, he was the first local pizza contender in Cagayan de
Oro with its location near Limketkai Mall. BFB immediately gained popularity
and grew to 5 branches within 3 years. 2 in CdeO, 1 in Palawan and Butuan and
now, Cebu.

BFB – as popularly known by regular customers – boasts of
their thin crust pizza, baked in a brick oven, which comes in choices of two
sauces: tomato sauce or white sauce. Their pizza is served in 3 sizes – big(12”),
bigger (18”) and biggest (30”).
BFB also has their “Create your own pizza” for the 30”
pizza, one of their most special feature. The customers can choose their
variety of pizza of up to 4 flavors. Prices depend on the number of flavour variants,
beginning at P1,350 for two flavors to )1,550 for four flavors. It’s perfect
for barkada parties or family get together!

BFB also offers Big Meal set meals good for 12-15 persons
for only P2,500, it’s inclusive of 2 Bigger Pizzas, 3 pasta platters, 1 basket
Big Hot Fried Chicken and 2 Pitchers of Big Flat Cooloers/Soft Drinks. Talk
about getting value for your money with their very reasonable price.
Their best sellers are The Godfather Pizza (loaded with vegetable and meat toppings), The Spudsters (potato mojos), Big Hot Fried Chicken, Buffalo Wings and the cheesecake.
Solo Diners or smaller groups
are also welcome at BFB with affordable choices of rice meals and pasta meals
ranging from P88-P148 only.
Now, some of us think that pizza and beer are a perfect
match, right? That’s why BFB offers the most affordable Beer Below Zero at only
P35! Having said that, customers can enjoy their ice cold beer with a sisig
pizza or they’re very unique crocodile pizza, for the ones with an adventurous
taste.

ReplyDeleteWow! I am very interested with this restaurant in Cebu, the name Big Flat Bread and the foods are all interesting. I am hoping I can travel on Cebu and visit those beautiful places they have and most especially to have a fine dining with this restaurant.
