6 tostada shells (6 inch)
1 can (15 to 16 oz) refried beans
3 cups shredded or bite-size pieces lettuce
1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey1 cup salsa
1 medium avocado, sliced
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Sour cream, if desired

1. Heat tostada shells as directed on package. Heat beans in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Spread over tostada shells, sprinkle with lettuce.
2. Mix chicken and 1 cup salsa in 2-quart saucepan; heat until hot. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice.
3. Spread chicken mixture over tostada shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with tomatoes and avocado. Serve with sour cream and additional salsa.
