Zumba Fitness Party Review

Zumba is a name that needs little introduction, it's the latest buzz on the fitness department. We've all heard about it in our local community and fitness centers and sometimes they give free Zumba sessions too.

Just like in Ayala Center Cebu where there's a free Zumba session every Friday from 7:30-10:00 pm.

"Zumba Fitness is the only Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive. Since its inception in 2001, the Zumba program has grown to become the world's largest - and most successful - dance fitness program with more than 12 million people of all shapes, sizes and ages taking weekly Zumba classes in over 110,000 locations across more than 125 countries"

here's a little excerpt of how Zumba fitness party came to be.

"As a fitness instructor in native Cali, Colombia. Beto's life took an unexpected turn one fateful day in the mid-'90s when he darted off to teach an aerobics class and forgot his traditional aerobics music. He improvised using his own mix of music from tapes he had in his backpack (salsa and merengue music he grew up with). Spontaneously he created a new kind of dance fitness, one that focused on letting the music move you (instead of counting reps over the music). Energy electrified the room; people couldn't stop smiling. His class loved it! And on that day, a revolutionary new fitness was born - the Zumba Fitness Party."

I myself personally loved it, sometimes I would join my aunt with her aerobics exercise at home since she happened to have bought a Zumba Fitness CD. There was also this CD where they would teach the different dances all over the world. It spelled fun all over. I feel so great and so pumped up dancing with the electrifying music of Zumba and it's a great way to sweat out all those toxins and free radicals from your body. Try it and your on your way to a healthier and more glowing you!

I just love the genre of their music, there's House music, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Hiphop and a whole lot more. They try to make sure that they use a wide variety of music genre that's fun and engaging that will help you tone out those muscles.

I've tried a lot of different exercise programs but this seems to be one of the most fun exercise ever, the workout lasts for more than an hour, I absolutely love the part where you shape up those hips and abs. I've always wanted to have abs and hopefully If I would keep this up, it would help build my abs.

This is my favorite part of the Zumba Sentao where there are a lot of swing moves- I've always been a fan of those swing music- it's so lively and I can't stop smiling while dancing to the beat and sound of it. I'm sure you'll love those moves as well.
