1 pack unflavored gelatin
4 cups water
1/2 cup white sugar
4 pieces ripe mangoes
2 cups heavy cream
1 bar Eden Cheese ( cut into cubes)
2 teaspoon Pandan extract
SPRINKLE gelatin over water in small saucepan. Heat for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved.
Place heavy cream, sugar, pandan extract. Blend until smooth. lace mangoes and cheese unto the molders and pour the gelatin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. or 1 hour until firm.
TO SERVE Put in into gelatin molders. Cut reserved mango slice into 6 to 8 pieces; garnish gelatin with mango and whip cream.
